Network Data is well established in the service industry and has been
providing reliable service to many leading companies Australia wide. We plan to
continue this service and maintain our integrity and customer liaison. Computer
technology is under constant development, Network Data is abreast of this and
remains competitive in the computer industry and leading in the service fields.
History
Network Data was established in 1985 and was located at Hurstville NSW
with branches at Milton Queensland and Moorabin Victoria. Early in 1993 branches
were opened in Black Forest South Australia and Perth Western Australia. Since
our formation we have been dealing primarily with the Genicom range of printers
and consumable items. Our years of dedication to Genicom products have resulted
in Network Data providing quality Genicom sales, warranty service, installation,
maintenance contracts and time and material service work nationally.
Early in 1996 Network Data commenced Canon sales and warranty service work, and
now has a competent Canon spare parts range and Canon Australia trained Service
Technicians Data
Facilities And Future Goals
In 1992 Network Data purchased its present location of 400 square meters
of offices and workshops at Kirrawee. This move sees our Service Department
conveniently located to cover all the Metropolitan Area of Sydney and within a
reasonable distance to the A.C.T.
To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience, Network Data has endeavoured to
carry a complete range of original Genicom & Canon spare parts and consumable
items.
Customer Services
Our Service Department Engineers are highly trained in both Computer Systems and
peripheral devices, specifically with the Genicom and Canon brand printers, and
the Sola, Octek and Blaster brands of PC. We are also a genuine Intel Dealer.
We provide both on-site and workshop service as well as support for all computer
equipment and peripherals. We manufacture our own brand of computer systems to
our customers’ requirements, under the trade mark of “ISE”.
Maintenance Contract, prompt service (on-site and workshop), support (both
technical and end user operation support) etc. are only a few of the areas we
guarantee to provide. Not only do we specialise in hardware equipment but also
in software installation & network support.

Mr John Veltmeyer
Original founder of Network Data.: John has an extensive technical background
and has attained his Associate Diploma in Electronics and Electronics
Engineering Certificate that lends him to many areas of computer technology
including networking.
Maintenance There are many printers in use today which are not covered under
a warranty. Understandably, this can leave users at a loss if a fault occurs.
Network & Data Technology P/L realises that the best way to
ensure efficient use of your computer systems and printers is to ensure that
down time is minimised.
Background
Network & Data Technology has been providing support services since 1985. We
have Representatives in Queensland, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Tasmania.
In NSW we currently support over 250 on-site computer systems, networks and
printers and we have a competent spare parts facility.
To limit the downtime generated by a computer system or printer
failures, you can become a member of our maintenance program.
The maintenance program has been successfully used by many organisations to
ensure they get the most from their investment in computer hardware. A once-off
yearly fee to cover everything makes administration easy, and puts a ceiling on
your equipment maintenance costs.
Consulting Services
If you would like a site visit, our Service Technicians can attend your site,
and give an obligation free quote on a maintenance program to suit you. While
on-site we can also advise you of our contract details.
Support Services
Network & Data Technology is the Canon support agent for the Southern suburbs
and are experts with Genicom sales & service. We also sell & service a large
variety of brands of printers monitors & PCs. Some of the equipment we sell and
service are Genicom, Canon, Wyse, Sharp, Epson, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard and
Star Micronics.
